Refund and Cancellation Policy
At The SoloCEOs, we strive to offer high-quality training, networking, coaching services, and events. However, we understand that plans can change. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully, as it applies to all classes, events, coaching sessions, and conferences.
2.1 Refunds for Classes, Events, and Group Coaching
- No Refunds: All payments for online or in-person classes, events, and group coaching sessions are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, the customer is responsible for the full payment, regardless of attendance.
2.2 Cancellation Policy for Individual Coaching
- 48-Hour Cancellation Window: For individual coaching sessions, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session.
- No Rescheduling or Refund: If you cancel an individual coaching session with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will not be entitled to a refund or rescheduling. We cannot guarantee session rescheduling for last-minute cancellations.
2.3 Conference and Event Tickets
- No Refunds: Tickets for conferences or large events, whether held online or in person, are non-refundable. This includes both free and paid events.
- Transferability: If you cannot attend a conference or event, you may request a transfer of your ticket to another individual, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the event. Transfers are subject to availability and approval by The SoloCEOs.
2.4 Exceptional Circumstances
- While our standard policy is no refunds, we understand that emergencies can arise. If you experience extraordinary circumstances (e.g., severe illness, natural disaster), please contact us at ceo@thesoloceos.com, and we will evaluate your situation on a case-by-case basis.
